Booking Process
Travellers and Travel Coordinators can arrange all travel requirements by selecting one of the following options: filling out the travel request form, emailing directly at cecu@ctmstravel.com or by calling their dedicated Travel Advisor (listed above). Once travel arrangements are finalized, itineraries will be sent to the traveller and their travel arranger (if applicable).
Group Bookings
Please reach out to our Groups department if reserving the same destination on the same travel dates for 10 people or more. This will include any air or hotel reservations. Contact our dedicated Groups team at groups@ctmstravel.com.

Contest Rules & Regulations
Contest Period
The contest runs from August 19, 2025, to August 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). All eligible bookings completed within this time frame will be entered into the prize draws.
Eligibility
- Open to all CECU members who book travel through the official CTMS Online Booking Tool (OBT) during the Contest Period.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of CTMS and CECU, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
- Each completed booking made through the official CECU portal = 1 entry into the quarterly prize draw.
- Bonus entries apply for larger bookings, such as business class tickets, multi-city itineraries, or group travel.
- Entries are automatically tracked through the OBT; no additional action is required.
Prizes
Three (3) winners will be randomly selected each quarter during the Contest Period. Prizes include:
- All-Inclusive Weekend Getaway</b<
- Brand-New iPad or Premium Headphones</b<
- Luxury Hotel Voucher</b<
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- CTMS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
Winner Selection & Notification
- A random draw will take place each quarter from all eligible entries received during that quarter.
- Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information associated with their OBT profile.
- If a selected winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, another winner will be selected.
General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Contest Rules & Regulations.
- CTMS and CECU are not responsible for any technical issues, booking errors, or delays that may affect entry eligibility.
- CTMS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
